Next Wednesday 05/01, in collaboration with our beautiful sister Erika of Balance Within, we will be kicking off the month of May with a delightful deep dive into the heart space 🫶🏾

Erika has a rich and deep connection with Mama cacao which she attributes primarily to growing up in Colombian 🇨🇴, watching her father and grandmother make it regularly. She brings that connection as well as other elements of her heritage and spiritual practice into her beautiful offering 🤲🏾

Lo will be offering an energetic transmission through her powerful voice and guiding us into activation through a yoga nidra style visualization and the support of her deeply resonant Tibetan bowls and other instruments.
